Robert Hathaway is the current Mascot Coordinator for the Minnesota Wild. Robert has previous experience working as a Mascot Assistant for the Chicago Blackhawks and as a Mascot Performer for the Chicago Fire Soccer Club. Before working in the sports industry, Hathaway was a Head Groundskeeper for the Schaumburg Flyers Professional Baseball Club and a Groundskeeper for the Detroit Tigers. Hathaway is dedicated to their work and takes pride in creating a safe and fun environment for fans of all ages.

Robert Hathaway has an Associates in Sports & Commercial Turfgrass Management from Michigan State University and a degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from DePaul University.

They work with Aaron Sickman - Director, Media Relations, Greta Brooks - Director, Digital Marketing Content, and Amy Struve - Senior Manager, Marketing Strategy B2B. Their manager is Mitch Helgerson, SVP, Marketing & Broadcasting.
