Matt Hussey

Producer at Minnesota Wild

Matt Hussey is the current Producer at the Minnesota Wild. Matt has been in this role since January 2018 and has been with the company for a total of 2 years and 6 months. Prior to their current position, Matt Hussey was the Digital Marketing Specialist for the Minnesota Wild from January 2018 to June 2020. In this role, they were responsible for the production of the Wild Vision digital show, creative direction and production of the 2019-20 season branding and opening video sequence, art direction and production of in-game motion graphics and sponsorship elements, and management of operations for campus-wide digital display networks.

Before joining the Minnesota Wild, Hussey was the Marketing Manager at Octane Fitness from January 2008 to December 2017. In this role, they were responsible for all marketing initiatives for the company, including product launches, advertising, public relations, and events. Prior to Octane Fitness, Hussey was the Purchasing Manager at Poquet Auto Sales from May 2007 to October 2008. In this role, they were responsible for negotiating supplier contracts, managing inventory, and overseeing the purchasing department.

Matt Hussey graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising- Journalism. Matt also has a certification from HubSpot Academy in Hubspot Inbound Certified.
