Elspeth Cavert is a skilled professional with extensive experience in legislative and operational roles, currently serving as Committee Administrator and previously as Legislative Assistant at the Minnesota Senate since January 2017. Prior experience includes positions as Operations Manager and Executive Assistant, along with an Eco-Justice Fellow at the National Council of Churches from August 2012 to January 2017. Earlier roles encompass an Organizing Fellow for Keith Ellison for Congress, where responsibilities included mobilizing new voters and managing voter databases, as well as various internships focused on environmental education and policy research. Elspeth graduated from Macalester College in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies and Political Science.
