Dave Sublette, MS, CSP, currently serves as the Occupational Safety and Health Manager at Minnesota Safety Council, Inc., where responsibilities include developing and delivering safety training and consulting services. Sublette has a robust background in safety management, having previously worked as a Safety, Health, & Environmental Specialist at Abhe & Svoboda, Inc., where injury rates were significantly reduced through effective program implementation. An extensive career in the United States Air Force includes roles such as Safety Program Manager and Master Aircraft Armament Systems Instructor, where Sublette achieved notable improvements in safety performance and training capacity. Sublette holds multiple degrees including Master of Science in Occupational Safety and Health and Aeronautical Science, along with certifications in Six Sigma as a Master Black Belt.
