Joe Muller has extensive experience in the environmental field, having worked at Minnesota Power since November 1993 in the roles of Generation Coordinator and Environmental Specialist. Prior to this, Joe Muller was employed by Northern States Power from April 1985 to November 1993 as a Senior Environmental Compliance Specialist. Joe Muller holds a Master of Science degree in Environmental Health from the University of Minnesota, which was obtained between 1983 and 1985, and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies with minors in Biology and Geography from Bemidji State University, earned from 1977 to 1981.
