Bill Marshall is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in enrollment management and educational services. Currently serving as the Enrollment & International Admissions Specialist at Minnesota North College since May 2022, Marshall previously held various leadership roles at Itasca Community College, including Director of Enrollment Services and Director of Residential Living. In these positions, Marshall demonstrated expertise in budget management, staff supervision, and creating a safe learning environment for students. Earlier career achievements include the Associate Director of Recruitment and Program Outreach at Itasca Community College, Office Manager & Technology Specialist at the University of Minnesota, and a Family Violence Program Intern at East Side Neighborhood Services. Marshall holds a Bachelor of Science in Family Social Science and an Associate in Science in Human Services from the University of Minnesota and Minneapolis College, respectively.
