Eli Vogen started their work experience in 2001 as an Assistant Language Teacher at the Japanese Exchange Teaching Program. In 2003, they joined Securian Financial as the Second Vice President, Strategy and Customer Experience, Employee Benefit Solutions.

Eli Vogen obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Olaf College between 1997 and 2001.
