Lesley Bauer is a judicial law clerk at the Minnesota Judicial Branch, beginning in August 2024. Bauer has garnered significant legal experience through various roles, including articles editor and associate for the Mitchell Hamline Law Review, externships with the Office of the Minnesota Attorney General, and participation in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition. Educational achievements include a Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a Master’s degree in International Peace and Conflict Resolution from American University, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from The University of Georgia. Bauer has received multiple CALI Excellence for the Future Awards and consistently made the Dean's List throughout law school. Prior to a legal career, Bauer held managerial positions in compliance and operations at companies such as Mailchimp and LexisNexis Risk Solutions.
