Elena Bertolotto is a seasoned legal professional with expertise in EU Regulatory and EU Litigation, currently serving as a Senior Legal Adviser at BusinessEurope since November 2018. Prior to this role, Elena held the position of Associate at ALTIUS from April 2016 to October 2018 and at NCTM O'Connor Law Firm from January 2011 to March 2016, where responsibilities encompassed EU Regulatory, EU Litigation, and Trade matters. Elena began their career as a Trainee Lawyer at NCTM - Studio Legale Associato from November 2009 to January 2011. Academically, Elena obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) in EU Law from the Institute for European Studies, ULB (2011-2012) and a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Università degli Studi di Genova (2004-2009), following a high school education at Liceo Linguistico Internazionale "Grazia Deledda" in Genova (1999-2004).
