Ellie Trebilcock serves as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Judge Welte at the Minnesota Judicial Branch, a position held since September 2021, involving the writing and editing of orders and memoranda across various legal matters and conducting legal research. Prior experience includes roles as a Research Assistant at the University of St. Thomas, where research focused on civil rights organizations and racial justice, and as a Certified Student Attorney in community justice clinics, where client interviews and research on legal issues were conducted. Ellie Trebilcock has also externed for the Minnesota 4th Judicial District and interned with the City of Saint Paulās Department of Human Rights and Equal Economic Opportunity, engaging in research and policy analysis.
