Jessi Bienfang is the Human Resources Program Manager at Minnesota Judicial Branch. Jessi has been responsible for leading a team that handles labor and employee relations, classification, compensation, and HR information systems. Prior to their current role, Jessi served as the Labor & Employee Relations Program Manager and HR Generalist at Independent School District 622. Jessi obtained their BBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Jessi has extensive experience in high-level human resources work, policy development, and education and development.
