Emily Salvaterra is currently working as a Policy, Research, and Results Management Specialist at Minnesota Housing. Prior to this role, Emily held positions such as Data Analyst and System Administrator at the Institute for Community Alliances. With a background in Anthropology and Peace Studies, as well as a Master of Public Affairs, Emily has a strong foundation in research, data analysis, and policy development. Throughout their career, Emily has been dedicated to supporting communities and individuals experiencing homelessness through various roles in data management, program coordination, and advocacy.
