Mike Spears has extensive experience in sales engineering, having worked at Minnesota Air, Inc. since September 2018, where roles include Outside Sales Engineer and Inside Sales Engineer. Prior to that, Mike worked at Trane from February 2012 to September 2018, serving as City Desk - LCU Sales, Equipment Project Manager, and Project Administrator. Mike began their career at St. Paul Plumbing & Heating from 2003 to 2009 as Purchasing Manager. Mike holds an Associate of Science degree in Business Management, along with a Project Management Certificate, Business Certificate, and a degree in Business Administration and Management from St. Paul College, obtained between 2011 and 2015.
