Rita M. has a diverse work experience, spanning over a decade. Rita began their career as a Business Analyst and Senior Business Analyst at Target in 2006, before transitioning to the role of a Product Manager in Global Sourcing. Rita then became a Segment Merchant at Target from 2011 to 2013. In 2013, Rita M. ventured into entrepreneurship, founding The American Edit, a style-focused website that promotes American-made design and responsible manufacturing. As part of their role as a Retail and Product Development Consultant, they offer strategic guidance to businesses.
