Andreas Marks is currently serving as the Mary Griggs Burke Curator of Japanese and Korean Art and Director of the Clark Center for Japanese Art at the Minneapolis Institute of Art. In addition, they are a member of the Board of Directors at the International Ukiyo-e Society. Andreas has also held various roles in different organizations such as Managing Director at ICEF and Senior Project Manager at International Where & How. They obtained a Ph.D. in Japanese Studies from Leiden University and a Master's degree in East Asian Art History, Chinese Studies, and Psychology from The University of Bonn.
