Fadwa Ashour has worked in various positions throughout their career. Fadwa currently holds the role of Director of Minly For Business at Minly, starting in March 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Communications Director at Bigbillboard from January 2020 to March 2021. From February 2019 to October 2019, they served as the Business Unit Manager at Epic Advertising. Fadwa also worked as the Sponsorship Manager (Project-based) for the GFF 2nd Edition at El Gouna Film Festival from March 2018 to October 2018. Fadwa spent a significant portion of their career at Kijamii, where they held various roles including Business Development Manager from July 2016 to October 2017, Digital Strategy & PR Director from February 2015 to June 2016, Team Leader and Senior Account Manager from November 2013 to February 2015, and Account Manager from June 2012 to October 2013. Fadwa began their career as a Teaching Assistant at the Arab Academy for Science and Technology and Maritime Transport from May 2006 to July 2012.

Fadwa Ashour obtained a High School Diploma in Literature from Kaumeya Language Schools, which was completed from 1991 to 2001. Fadwa then pursued their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, attended from 2001 to 2005. Following this, Fadwa continued their education at the same institution and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from 2006 to 2008.
