NDYABANOHA TIRAGANA PAULINO is an accomplished agricultural engineer with extensive experience in engineering roles, currently serving as Senior Agricultural Engineer for Kabale District Local Government since May 2021. Previous experiences include serving as an engineer trainee at the Ministry of Water and Environment, where responsibilities included supervision of contracts and project progress reporting. Additionally, NDYABANOHA TIRAGANA PAULINO has held positions as Assistant Factory Manager at MABALE GROWERS' TEA FACTORY LTD and as an EMT at McLEOD RUSSEL UGANDA LIMITED, overseeing factory operations and maintenance. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural and BioSystems Engineering from Makerere University, complemented by further studies at St. Paul's Seminary.
