Nguyen Thi Bich Ngoc is assisting the Minister in monitoring and directing the working fields: foreign investment; industrial zones, export processing zones, economic zones; infrastructure, transportation, information communication, telecommunications and construction; training and education; natural resources, environment; sustainable development; labor, culture and sports; public health, maternal and child healthcare, activities related to the youth, women, population and families; emulation and commendation (providing assistance to the Minister); administration work of the Ministry Office and other duties assigned by the Minister.
