Megan C. is an experienced leader in analytics and insights, currently serving as the Team Leader for District Courts at the Ministry of Justice in New Zealand, where management of a diverse team in a high-pressure environment is a key responsibility. Prior to this, Megan held various management roles at Inland Revenue NZ, where leadership of a large analytical team and implementation of advanced analytics were essential. Previous experience includes business process and performance management at New Zealand Parliament, where Megan successfully integrated new operating models post-General Election. Additional roles span project coordination at the Department of Corrections, business analysis, and intelligence support, with diverse skills honed through contributions in various sectors including public service and hospitality.
