Mohammad Zishan, a Deputy Commissioner at the Ministry of Jal Shakti, Department of Water Resources, RD & GR, Govt. of India, has a background in Civil Engineering. Prior to their current role, Mohammad worked as an Officer at Indian Oil Corp Limited and as a Field Engineer at Turner Construction Company. Mohammad holds an Engineer's Degree in Civil Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering.
