Ruth Obayemi is a medical doctor with experience in delivering evidence-based healthcare at the May Pen Public Hospital, the second largest inpatient facility in southern Jamaica. Currently employed by the Ministry of Health Jamaica since January 2021, Ruth has also contributed as a Research Collaborator for Axios International, focusing on healthcare access barriers in Jamaica. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Medicine degree from Windsor University School of Medicine, completed in 2020, and further studies at Harvard Medical School in 2021.
