Roberto Mastronardi has a diverse and extensive work experience. Roberto is currently working as an Amministratore at SACCIR S.p.A. Roberto previously served as the Chairman of the NPO "Opera Viva" Foundation, a non-profit organization focused on social solidarity and healthcare management. Roberto also held the position of Managing Director at the National Healthcare Service (NHS) under the Ministry of Health. In addition, they worked as an Associate Partner at the ICCO - Italian Chamber of Commerce of Ontario, where they facilitated business opportunities between Italian and Canadian investors. Roberto also founded and served as CEO of Entertainment&BusinessFactory (EBF), a company involved in audiovisual production and distribution. Prior to that, they were the Managing Director of IRCCS San Raffaele Hospital, where they contributed to its accreditation as a Scientific Institute for Research, Hospitalization, and Health Care. Roberto began their career as an Attorney General and Director of Finance&Corporate Management areas within the SIRAM and FINASTER sub-holdings. Roberto also gained valuable experience at KPMG group, where they worked as a Jr Manager providing professional advisory services to public and private companies.

Roberto Mastronardi holds a Master's Degree in Economics and Business Management from Luiss Guido Carli University, which they completed from 1984 to 1988. Roberto also obtained a high school diploma from Collegio San Giuseppe - Istituto De Merode. Additionally, they have a License to operate as a Statutory Auditor from Ministero dell'Economia e delle Finanze. Furthermore, Roberto Mastronardi completed a program at the Ministry of Defence and became a Lieutenant of Cavalry army through the 135th course at A.U.C. Scuola di Cavalleria Meccanizzata. Lastly, they obtained a License to practice as a Chartered accountant from Univesitá degli Studi di Napoli "Parthenope".
