Kamal Nofal is a seasoned project manager specializing in digital transformation with extensive experience in government services. Currently serving at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs since August 2012, Kamal Nofal previously held the position of eServices Section Manager at the Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security in the UAE from September 2000 to August 2012. In this role, Kamal Nofal was responsible for preparing e-Services strategies, managing a team of 23 project managers, tech leads, and engineers, and contributing to the establishment of the PMO and PM methodology. Kamal Nofal holds a Master of Science in Data Analytics from Rochester Institute of Technology in Dubai and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from United Arab Emirates University.
