Vincent Keizer has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Vincent began their career as a .NET Developer at Boost3 in 2010 and later worked as a .NET Developer at WoningNet, where they contributed to the company's transition from the Waterfall to Agile software development methodology. Vincent then joined Unit4 as a .NET Developer and worked on a B2C/B2B E-commerce platform. In 2016, they became the Lead .NET Developer at Blue Coded, where they provided customized solutions to clients in an Agile manner. Vincent also worked as a Lead .NET Core, Azure, and React Developer at ECT Rotterdam, a Lead Software Developer/Team Lead at Capgemini, and as an Owner at ViCreative. More recently, they have been employed as a .NET Core Developer and Scrum Master at Belastingdienst and as a .NET Core & Azure Developer at Rabobank, both positions held through Capgemini. Currently, they are working as a Lead .NET Core & Azure Developer via Capgemini for the Ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken.

Vincent Keizer completed a Bachelor's degree in Mediatechnology from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) from 2004 to 2008. Before that, they studied Information Technology at ROC Midden Nederland from 2000 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, Vincent has obtained various certifications, including AZ-400: Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert from Microsoft in January 2022, AZ-203: Developing Solutions for Microsoft Azure from Microsoft in May 2020, and Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in 2020.
