Tulika Pandey is a Scientist 'G’ and Senior Director at the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology. Tulika holds a degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering and has also completed an Advanced Course on Cyber Defense and Cyber Security from IIT Kanpur. Additionally, Tulika possesses a Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights from the Indian Law Institute in New Delhi. Tulika has been with the Ministry since May 1992.
