Sayon Sous is a seasoned budget and finance professional with extensive experience in public financial management. Currently serving as Deputy Chief of Bureau at the National Budget Office within the Ministry of Economy and Finance since April 2017, Sayon contributes to historical budget analysis, prepares budget applications, and participates in budget negotiations. Previous roles include positions as Finance Analyst at Cellcard, Senior Accountant at Hyundai Motor Company and Kyungshin Corp., and Finance Officer at Save Vulnerable Cambodians. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Audit and Accounting from Norton University and various training certifications in budget analysis, macroeconomics, and public finance.
