Raed Halawani is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and finance management, currently serving as the General Manager of Operations at the Ministry of Culture since November 2021. In this role, Raed leads various initiatives for the Jeddah Historical Program, overseeing a substantial budget and liquidity. Prior experience includes a tenure at The Saudi National Bank where Raed held several senior positions, including Senior Vice President of Corporate Banking Support and Head of Commercial Banking, managing significant projects and product development. Raed's career also spans roles in project management at Lucent Technology and operational maintenance at Rajab and Silsilah Co. Raed holds an MBA from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from King AbdulAziz University.
