Bill Chair is a Program Coordinator at the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology of the Republic of Indonesia, where Bill leads Digital Transformation and Innovation initiatives. Bill has previous experience in government relations at various organizations, including the Ministry of Information Communication and Culture Malaysia and The ASEAN Secretariat. Bill holds degrees in Computer Science, Digital Business, Law in Business and Industrial, and Communication Studies with a focus on International Relations.
