Sameer Gusaiyer is an accomplished IT and communication consultant with extensive experience in various roles related to engineering and strategic development. Since 2018, Sameer has served as an IT and Communication Consultant at the Ministry of Commerce & Investment in Saudi Arabia, while also contributing as a Consultant at the Saudi Council of Engineers since 2016, focusing on electrical engineering. In addition, Sameer has held the position of Director General at Integration & Alternatives since 2016, overseeing projects in electronics, solar energy, and IT. Prior to these roles, Sameer spent over a decade at the Eastern Province Municipality, primarily as the General Director of IT, where achievements included the establishment of an administrative structure and the development of strategic IT plans. Sameer’s career began with the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, taking on roles as an ERP Team Leader and Electrical Engineer. An alumnus of King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, Sameer holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
