Kateřina Steiner is an experienced educator and legal expert with a diverse background in constitutional law and public policy. Currently serving as a teacher at the University College of International and Public Relations Prague since September 2021, Kateřina focuses on constitutional law and basic legal theory for undergraduate students. Additionally, as Head of Unit of Legal Support of the EU Funds at the Ministry of the Environment since November 2009, Kateřina oversees legal matters related to the implementation of the Operational Programme Environment, including public procurements and regulatory frameworks for the water sector. Kateřina also has project management experience in the water and waste-water sector and is the Chancellor of Tempus ludi, a civic association engaged in leisure activities with youth. Kateřina holds a Diploma in Law from Masaryk University Brno and completed a lifelong education course in Education of Dance and Movement at the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague.
