Dr. Otto Brixi is a professional with extensive experience in public administration, law, and social services. Currently, Dr. Brixi serves as a member of the Crime Prevention and Other Antisocial Activities Commission at the Ministry of Interior of the Slovak Republic and as an expert advisor to the Children Ombudsman at the Office of the Commissioner for Children. Dr. Brixi is also the founder and CEO of COMMITAX and Helpey, alongside serving as a property manager at B Nai B Rith Concordia Kosice. Previously, Dr. Brixi held various leadership roles, including member of the Parliament for the Municipality of Košice and the Košice Old Town District, overseeing city operations and initiatives, notably during the Ice Hockey World Championship in 2011. Dr. Brixi's educational background includes a Juris Doctor degree from Univerzita 'Pavla Jozefa Šafárika' and an engineering degree in Public Administration from the Technical University of Košice.
