Santiago Sorribas de Freitas is a civil engineer with extensive experience in transportation infrastructure and project management. Currently serving as an Ingeniero civil at the Ministerio de Transporte y Obras Públicas since February 2022, Santiago provides consultation on works, road maintenance, and support to Regional 3. Previous roles include Director de obra at GRINOR S. A. and Ayudante de Ingeniero at both the Ministerio de Transporte y Obras Públicas and the Intendencia de Montevideo. Santiago holds a Master's degree in Construction Project Management from Universitat de Barcelona and ZIGURAT Institute of Technology, as well as a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad de la República.
