Rocío Baguena Rodríguez is a highly experienced professional in transportation studies and technology, currently serving as the Director of the Division of Studies and Technology of Transport at the Ministerio de Fomento since July 2001. Rocío has held various prominent positions within the ministry, including Technical Advisor, Area Head, and Service Head. Prior to this role, Rocío gained experience at Grupo Elsamex as Head of Road Conservation Unit from July 1997 to July 1999, and at Eyser as a Road Project Engineer from July 1996 to June 1997. Rocío holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, obtained between 1990 and 1996.
