Eduardo de Santiago currently serves as Consejero Técnico de Suelo y Políticas Urbanas at the Ministerio de Fomento, a position held since September 2007. Previously, Eduardo was an Asociado Professor of Urbanism and Territorial Planning at Universidad de Alcalá from 2001 to 2009 and worked as an Architect Urbanist in their own architecture studio from 1994 to 2007. Eduardo's academic background includes a Doctor Arquitecto degree with a dual specialization in Urbanism and Building from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, complemented by a joint urban design program at Oxford Brookes University through the Erasmus program.
