Jayvian Hong has a diverse work experience in the gaming industry. Jayvian started their career at Miniclip in 2014 as a Commercial Associate and gradually moved up to become a Senior Commercial Associate. In March 2021, they became the Head of Strategic Partnerships at Miniclip. Alongside their role at Miniclip, Jayvian also co-founded GameChangers Global in July 2020. GameChangers Global is a webinar series that aims to provide a platform for women leaders in the gaming industry to share their views and create a supportive network for women in the industry.

Jayvian Hong completed a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Law and Economics at Queen Mary University of London from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they pursued a Bar Professional Training Course in Law at The City Law School from 2011 to 2012.
