César Silva is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and project management. Beginning a career as a Call-Center Operator at Teleperformance from 2000 to 2003, César transitioned to various technical roles, including Sys Admin and Web Developer at iNok, and C# Developer positions at Fullsix Portugal, where responsibilities included server-side development and team management. As CTO at Wiz Interactive from 2012 to 2014, César oversaw the development team and spearheaded technical innovation. Since January 2016, César has held multiple positions at Miniclip, including Producer, Agile Operations Lead, and Scrum Master, providing critical support to product teams and enhancing overall productivity.
