Yuhsin Chen has a diverse work experience. Yuhsin started their career at Mini-Circuits in 2016 as a PM Intern, where they worked in various departments and gained experience in production planning, logistics, purchasing, and production. Yuhsin also conducted product database analysis and cost/budget analysis. Yuhsin then went on to co-found JNAD TECHNOLOGY in 2017. In this role, they played a pivotal role in establishing the company. In 2018, they served with the Taiwan High Prosecutors Office as part of their alternative military service. Most recently, Yuhsin rejoined Mini-Circuits in 2019, initially as a Sales Engineer and now as a Sales Manager. Overall, Yuhsin's experience showcases their versatility and ability to excel in different roles and industries.

Yuhsin Chen holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from Yuan-Ze University, which they obtained between 2016 and 2018. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance at the same university, graduating in 2016. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications including ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015 Internal Auditor Training (Process Risk and Performance Based Approach) from BSI Neville Clarke – A BSI Professional Services Company in August 2016, Microsoft Office Specialist Expert certifications for Office Excel 2010 Expert and Office Word 2010 Expert, as well as a Microsoft Office Specialist certification for Office PowerPoint 2010, all obtained from Microsoft Corporation in December 2015 and 2014, respectively. Furthermore, they obtained the Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google in January 2019.
