Auni Farha Nashua Abu Hasmadi has work experience in the fields of process development engineering, materials engineering, and process engineering. They are currently employed as a Process Development Engineer at Mini-Circuits since October 2021. Prior to that, from September 2017 to September 2021, they worked as a Materials Engineer at Universiti Sains Malaysia. They also had an internship experience at Sumitomo Electric from July 2020 to September 2020, where they gained hands-on training in the electric wire process and conducted research in the research and development laboratory.

Auni Farha Nashua Abu Hasmadi completed their high school education in 2016 at Phillis Wheatley High School, where they focused on the field of science. Following that, from 2017 to 2021, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering at Universiti Sains Malaysia.
