James Carr is an experienced professional with a diverse background in various industries. Since September 2019, James has served as the Owner and Operator of JCDesigns Vinyl, while also working as a Thermal Spray Technician at Mingo Aerospace. Prior to these roles, James worked as a Thermal Spray Operator at Southwest United Industries, Inc. from September 2012 to May 2019, specializing in operating a Motoman DX100 robot for applying tungsten carbide to aviation and other industrial parts. James began a career in manufacturing at Vaughan Furniture Company, where from June 1994 to March 2004, supervision duties included overseeing drawer line operations and ensuring quality fit of furniture components. Earlier experience includes a role as a saw operator, molder, and builder at Polymer Industrial Products Co. from March 2004 to June 2012, focusing on cutting and molding rubber parts. James holds a GED and has received training in auto mechanics and agriculture from Sullivan East High School, graduating in 1993.
