Rick joined Mingledorff’s in 2010 to lead the Gulf Coast division after it was acquired from ESC. Before that, he spent 5 years in leadership positions with an HVAC distributor in another part of the country. His years in sales operations at GE, as well as brand management and marketing at Procter & Gamble, equipped him well for HVAC distribution. Before his civilian career, Rick taught Nuclear Engineering as an officer in the Navy and also served in U.S. Army Reserve.
