Ninon Godefroy has a diverse work experience spanning from 2012 to 2022. Ninon began their career in 2012 as a Policy Auditor at the European Court of Auditors. In 2013, they worked as a Ministry of Foreign Affairs at Speedtech. From 2016 to 2017, they were a Co-Founder at A/E/T and a Project Manager at The Rockefeller Foundation. In 2017, they were a Founder at LEAP 探究学教, an Analyst at Schmidt Futures, and a Policy Analyst at AgDevCo. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Minerva University as a City Director and City Experience Manager. Most recently, they are a Co-Founder at La Tofuterie and an Experiential Learning Manager at Minerva Project.

Ninon Godefroy attended the University of Oxford, where they were a student at Brasenose College. In 2018, they began attending the Paris Waldorf Institute, where they earned a degree in Pedagogy in 2020 through their Teacher Training program.
