Joseph Summers currently serves as Chief Executive Officer at Minerva Defense, Inc., starting in December 2023. Joseph Summers holds a Master of Arts in Political Science/International Relations and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science/International Relations from Auburn University, completed in 1996 and 1993, respectively.
