Jocelyn Cortez Young has been working in the finance industry since 1998. Jocelyn began their career at Goldman Sachs as an International Equity Analyst, where they rotated in assisting the Latam equities, Canadian equities, and Asian equities desk. Jocelyn then moved to Credit Suisse as a Derivatives Trader in 2001. In 2004, they joined Citigroup Capital Markets as Vice President and Head of the Derivatives Trading Group in Miami. In 2009, they founded Minerva Capital Group, where they serve as Managing Partner and Founder. At Minerva, they are a direct investor in companies across different industries, with a focus on financial and social returns.
Jocelyn Cortez Young has an extensive educational background. Jocelyn is currently enrolled in Harvard Business School's OPM 57 program in Business Administration and Management, General. Jocelyn previously attended Singularity in 2016, Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in 2006-2007, where they earned an MBA, and NYU Stern School of Business from 1993-1997, where they earned a BS in Finance and International Business.
