Prior to that, Victor held various positions in financial institutions such as Vice President at Wells Fargo and Senior Director at CIBC. With a background in engineering, Victor has extensive experience in leading teams in AML strategies and solutions, presenting to high-level stakeholders, and implementing innovative solutions to streamline processes.
