Kadir Karaman is an experienced professional in sales and business development, currently serving as the Director of Sales and Business Development - Specialties at Minerals Technologies Inc. since April 2014. In this role, Kadir is responsible for overseeing sales and business development for various products, including Bleaching Earth and Industrial Minerals, while managing P&L. Previously, Kadir held positions as the Business Development and Sales Manager for the EMEA region at Minerals Technologies Inc., and served as the Specialty Materials Division Manager and International Sales and Marketing Manager at AMCOL International. Kadir also gained experience as the International Sales and Marketing Manager at Bensan Activated Bentonite Production Company and as the Production Manager for crude and refined oil at Toprak Holding A.Åž. Kadir holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the Engineering Department.
