Ishan Dholakiya has over a decade of experience in business development and technical services, primarily within the paper and minerals industries. Currently serving as a Business Development Manager at Minerals Technologies Inc. since January 2014, responsibilities include project sales, execution support, negotiations, and market intelligence. Previous roles include Technical Service & Development Manager for Asia, where Ishan was involved in new technology deployment and operational excellence, as well as Assistant Manager Technical Services focused on customer support and lean management. Before joining Minerals Technologies Inc., Ishan worked as a Territory Sales Manager at Nalco specializing in water treatment solutions and technical sales, and held a position as Shift Incharge Paper Machine/Head PPC at BILT, overseeing paper machine operations and production planning. Ishan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Pulp & Paper Technology from Karnatak University, completed in 2008.
