Chris Straube serves as the Director at Minerals Technologies Inc. since May 2018, focusing on Governance, Risk and Compliance, and Data Privacy through the establishment of a Data Governance program. Additionally, Chris provides strategic guidance on Digital Transformation and innovative technologies such as IoT and Edge computing to enhance business growth. Previous experience includes roles as a Consultant at Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., where Chris led strategic sales and business development, and as a Senior Client Partner at Globant, overseeing client relationships and operational execution. Chris's career also encompasses significant positions at prominent companies such as IBM, eFORCE, Nextera, and Deutsche Bank, where expertise in risk management and operations was developed. Chris holds an MBA in Investment Management and Management Systems from Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a BBA in Finance from Pace University.
