Martin Kwaku Ayisi currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Minerals Commission of Ghana, a position held since October 2021, overseeing the regulation and management of the mining industry and mineral resources in Ghana. Additionally, Martin Ayisi is a member of the Board of Directors for both the Ghana Integrated Iron and Steel Development Corporation and the Ghana Integrated Aluminium Development Corporation since September 2021. Martin Ayisi has also worked as a consultant for various organizations, including the International Institute for Sustainable Development and UNECA, and served as a Visiting Teaching Fellow at Strathmore University in Kenya.
