Rajesh Naik is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both operational and strategic roles, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Strategy Officer at MINED XAI. Previously, Rajesh operated as a Technical Consultant while holding key positions at the Air Force Research Laboratory, including Chief Scientist at the 711th Human Performance Wing and Research Team Leader. Rajesh Naik holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Biological Sciences from Carnegie Mellon University and is pursuing an Executive Certificate in Management & Leadership from MIT Sloan School of Management.
