Megan DeGagne, RPR, is an experienced Account Manager and Recruiter currently employed at Brainhunter Systems Ltd and Mindwire Systems Ltd since February 2021. Prior to this, Megan held the position of Afternoon Team Manager & Labour Coordinator at Trades Labour Corporation (TLC) Victoria from October 2019 to February 2021, where responsibilities included employee on-boarding and payroll duties. Earlier roles included HR and Recruitment Coordinator (Co-op) at CGI, where Megan supported HR functions across Western Canada, and Research Analyst (Co-op) at CBRE Canada, providing administrative support and developing client presentations. An early career as an Administrative Assistant at McElhanney contributed to a solid foundation in operational efficiency. Megan earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Service Management & Entrepreneurship from the University of Victoria in 2019.
